List of Common Questions:

1. Question: Who should I contact if I have an after hours emergency?

Answer: For Association related matters only, call (925) 243-1797 ext. 43 and follow the instructions.

For all other emergencies, like a fire, call 911.

2. Question: What is an Association related emergency?

Answer: A maintenance responsibility that the CC&Rs say is an responsibility
of the Association. Some Associations maintain the roof for roof leaks and
some don't (read the CC&Rs to find out). Some Associations are responsible
for sewer back-ups and some are not (read the CC&Rs to find out). Some
Associations are responsible for flooding and some are not (read the CC&Rs
to find out).

3. Question: Can an owner be billed on their account with the Association for calling about a non-emergency?

Answer: Yes, and the cost is $25.
