Listed below are
the charges for certifications, demands
and document packages. Certifications
and/or demand forms must be delivered
or mailed along with cashiers checks,
money orders or business checks *We do
NOT accept personal checks* to our office
or P.O. Box. A rush request must be received
before 2 p.m. for completion for the
following day. We do not supply the
forms, as each company has their own
preferences and/or requirements.
These fees are due before any paperwork will be completed and are payable to Neighborhood Association Management. Except for the Transfer or Refinance fees, they may not be paid through escrow. Upon receipt of your cashiers check, money order or business check, we will be happy to complete the paperwork requested on a first-come first-served basis. If you will be using California’s Overnight’s Gold Service, please let them know that we do not open until 9:00 a.m., and we will not be responsible for deliveries left taped to the door or lying outside of the front door. Our street address is 61 Rickenbacker Circle, #B, Livermore, CA 94551. Please allow for a 72 hour turn-around time (from receipt of check). RUSH requests are allowed a 24 hour turn-around time (from receipt of check), please see below for our fees.
