You and the Association are very responsive compared to the Association that we have across the bay. We have a townhouse over there and when it comes to repairs, it takes weeks before anything is done. You and the Board have always done a great job with the upkeep of our community. I just wanted to let you know that I certainly appreciate everything you have done.

She is the nicest person to work with even through some difficult times in dealing with processes and procedures in the Community. She is a quality person - by that I mean she is diligent down to the last minute to satisfy questions concerning the Community and with offering guidance and suggestions on day-to-day activities of home ownership here at our community.
