I am on the Board of an HOA in the East Bay. I have worked with Charlie Mitchell the owner of Neighborhood Association Management since 2013, we are very please with their service.
They are always very professional, friendly, proactive, customer focused and knowledgeable.
Their prices are very fair and reasonable.
We use email and the phone to communicate with them. Mostly email as we like to have audit trails.
Their response time is good usually with 24 hours or sooner. Our Manager for our account is superb.
We always are kept appraised of new California laws that come about every year for Home Owner Associations.
They always let us know about Best Practices for various policies we may want to implement and how best to implement.
They always present us with many options on how to do things and make recommendations as needed.
I give Charlie and his staff a 5 star. Thank you Charlie for all your hard work serving us for these past 5 years, it has been a pleasure.

I have lived here for 5 years now and ever since meeting Andrea she has been nothing less than an incredible partner, support and hard worker to make our lives better! She is always available but more than that she is a true problem solver!!! From fixing the terrible pool furniture to keeping our property beautiful and helping us solve issues like water heaters, she is always here.
Andrea isn’t about who is right attitude but what is right.

Thank you for the timely resolution of the environmental concern at my Association. Made me appreciate what a great asset you are to the HOA. The plumber was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in about 2 hours. He also kept the area clean. He showed me tests he did and was able to accurately determine that the problem is not coming from our property.
